I-Track nájezdový (start) a výjezdový segment jsou určené pro vytvoření plynulého přechodu mezi stoupáním a rovným úsekem tratě. Nájezdový segment ve tvaru klínu slouží k vyrovnání výškového rozdílu mezi podložkou a prvním segmentem stoupání. Výška nájezdového segmentu odpovídá výškovému uspořádání sloupků (sloupky podrobněji viz str. 15-17). Výjezdový segment je prohnutý do oblouku. Přechodový segment je určen pro zakončení trati a její napojení např. na navazující základní desku nebo na základní desku se skrytým nádražím. Vruty jsou součástí sady. Segmenty se snadno sestavují a lepí lepidlem na dřevo nebo CA lepidlem Hacker.
