St George Cape Class Patrol Boat was built by AUSTAL in 2013 as a patrol boat for the Australian coast guards.
AUSTAL has since produced a whole fleet of boats in this category. This kit in scale 1:48 combines various technologies
and its concept aims to simplify the built of the model. The ABS hull is ready-made. The shaft holes are pre-drilled.
The deck and bridge parts are laser cut to achieve a maximum precision. The plastic frames as well as other
parts are produced using the same technologies. The kit also contains a lot of fully functioning plastic parts that have been produces using a high-end Selective Laser Sintering technology.
