Like all models in the CarMotion series, this vehicle features the following functions:
- Charging and programming port
- Short charging times thanks to modern Li-Po batteries
- A single battery charge provides a runtime of approximately 4-6 hours under normal driving conditions with waiting times and varying speeds, and approximately 2 hours at maximum speed
- Easy on/off switching via a reed switch under the roof of the driver's cab using a magnetic pin or telescopic magnetic rod (item no. 8410)
- Infrared transmitter/receiver for distance control (only partially compatible with other IR systems)
- Realistic braking and acceleration, and configurable speed thanks to a speed-controlled motor
- Unobstructed loading area thanks to underfloor drive
- Cab lighting
- Brake lights and reversing lights
- Controllable right/left turn signals and hazard lights
- Low beam/high beam headlights
- Roof turn signals (depending on vehicle type)
- Visible driver's cab with figure
- 5-pin connector for connecting CarMotion trailers or semi-trailers
- Compatible with existing systems using guide wire or magnetic tape
- Controlled via infrared signals, permanent magnets (item no. 8431) embedded in the road, electromagnetic stop coils, and remote control (item no. 8402)
- Even without lane-keeping aids, short, straight reverse travel is possible using the remote control
