Albatros L-39 SkyFox - Blue

We present a new model inspired by the latest generation of the Czech training and light combat aircraft Aero L-39 SkyFox

The Albatros L-39 SkyFox is designed in the proven “shock” configuration with a cross fuselage. The model is made from 9.5 mm sheet EPP and uses only a small amount of carbon and wooden reinforcements. This results in easy assembly, low weight, good durability, and very enjoyable flight characteristics.

The model impresses with a modern jet silhouette, durable EPP construction, and an unusually positioned propeller in the middle of the fuselage. This solution protects the propeller very well from damage while giving the model a distinctive character. The Albatros offers good speed, high agility, immediate control response, and a flight behavior that differs significantly from conventional models with a classic layout.

The concept with the propeller positioned in the middle of the wing requires a short familiarization during the first flights. The reward is unique flight capabilities that conventional front-propeller models can achieve only with difficulty.

The model is controlled by only three servos. The ailerons are standardly operated by a single servo located behind the wing. This solution reduces weight, minimizes wiring, and contributes to the simplicity of the overall design. If the pilot prefers independent aileron control, for example to use them as flaps, a second aileron servo can be easily added.

The Albatros L-39 SkyFox is available in two attractive color schemes. The HC1910A Blue version features a bold sporty design, while the HC1910B CZ-Grey version is based on the camouflage of the real L-39 SkyFox aircraft. All EPP parts are printed on both sides with full-surface color graphics and precisely CNC-cut.
