For laying multi-track tracks - you ensure the mutual distance and concentricity of the tracks.
Slide the H-segments onto the rails. You put them denser in curves, larger distances are enough on the plane. You screw the rails or glue the CA with Hacker glue to the subsoil. You take off the distance H and use it for laying other tracks. Distances are available for TT pitches. The set contains 12 H-segments.
