The detailed locomotive model has a new tender design, metal wheels and many additional parts. The model also includes a smoke generator.
After World War II, a total of 185 of these Class 52 locomotives remained in what was then Czechoslovakia, the state railways added these locomotives to their fleet as Class 555.0. Over the years, these heavy locomotives were converted to main oil combustion, which made life easier especially for the locomotive staff. The last "German", as they were called due to their origin, had the designation 555.0259 and was withdrawn from service in 1973.
