Pilatus Turbo Porter Model with X-fuselage

This model features a less common X-fuselage construction and is suitable for both regular and aerobatic flying indoors as well as outdoors.

The model is based on the well-known Pilatus Turbo Porter aircraft, designed by the Swiss company Pilatus Aircraft and introduced into service in 1959. It is a STOL aircraft, meaning Short Takeoff and Landing, designed for short take-offs and landings.

The model is made from expanded polypropylene EPP sheets with a thickness of 5 mm and reinforced with carbon rods. The entire model is fully printed.

The model designs are inspired by real aircraft used by parachuting groups in Austria and Spain.

For relaxed flying, we recommend a LiPol 2S 260–350 mAh battery and an 8/4.7" propeller. For aerobatic flying, we recommend a LiPol 3S 260–350 mAh battery and a 7/3.5" propeller.

With the right setup, almost anyone can fly the model, and thanks to its construction and materials, it can withstand less gentle handling.
