Design based on the prototype in Saalfeld, built in 1931, destroyed by bombing in 1944. The stepped stairway makes for a most attractive purpose-built steel structure spanning 2 tracks. Catenary operation is possible by lowering the wires.

When using track with built-in trackbed, compensate for the extra height with the base.
