The deck and bridge parts are laser cut to achieve a maximum precision. The plastic frames as well as other parts are produced using the same technologies. The St George Cape Class Patrol Boat is one of the Australian Coast Guard patrol boats introduced into service by Austal in 2013.

The model is built in 1:48 scale. Since the introduction of this class, Austal has produced an entire fleet of Cape Class vessels.

The kit combines several technologies and its design makes model construction as easy as possible.

The ABS hull is already finished, including milled openings. The deck and superstructure parts are precisely laser-cut from plywood. Plastic frames and other parts are produced using the same technology.

The kit also contains a large number of fully functional plastic parts manufactured using advanced Selective Laser Sintering technology.

The kit includes:

• All parts required to assemble the model

• Drive shafts and propellers

• Bow thruster unit

• Rudders

You will need:

• Minimum 4-channel RC transmitter, for example MASTER Giga Prop 4 cat. no. HC4100

• 1× mini servo 15–25 g cat. no. HC4312

• CA glue with activator

• Wood glue

• Paints

• Laminating set
