Extremely high-quality, clear, quick-drying, water-resistant, transparent adhesive designed for gluing plastic models, plastics and combination gluing. UHU spezial plastic achieves high strengths by dissolving plastic surfaces (cold welding). It is also suitable for gluing narrow slits thanks to a special needle applicator.
SCOPE OF USE:
It is suitable for bonding hardened polystyrene (PS), ABS, SAN, plexiglass (PMMA), hard PVC, celluloid, polycarbonate (PC) and is also suitable for combination bonding with other materials such as wood, cardboard and paper. Not suitable for bonding PP, PE, Teflon and expanded polystyrene.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Bonded surfaces must be flat, dry and degreased.
1. Apply the adhesive on one side.
2. Press together immediately and fix briefly. For thin materials, apply a thin layer of adhesive to prevent deformation and shape changes in the blind.
3. The glued joint reaches the handling strength after 5 minutes and the functional strength after 24 hours.
